Overview

Oley is a token launchpad on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663) where anyone can launch a coin for any person on a social platform. Every trade charges a 2% fee in the coin's quote asset, and that fee belongs to the named person. The person collects it by proving they own the account with one code pasted in their bio. Nothing is required of them before that moment: no account, no sign-up, no permission.

The promise

• Anyone launches. Pick a handle on X, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitch or Farcaster. One transaction creates the token and the pool, with liquidity locked forever.
• The person earns from the first trade. 2% of every swap is credited to their escrow on chain, from block one. There is no graduation to wait for.
• They claim when they like. Verification is one code in the bio, on every platform. Claims go to a wallet the person controls.
• Nothing sits forever. If a person has not claimed after 90 days, their unclaimed fees buy the coin back and burn it, and the clock resets. Claimed persons are never burned.

What else is built in

• Onchain claim authorization. Only the wallet bound to the account can authorize a claim.
• Stock quotes. Quote a coin in ETH or a Robinhood stock token, so a coin can trade against TSLA and pay its person in TSLA.
• Sharing tools. Preview images, one-click share, comments, a live feed, leaderboards and person pages.
• Official badge. It appears only on coins whose person proved the account, and person pages gather every coin launched for them.

The pieces

Contracts on Robinhood Chain, built on the canonical Uniswap v4 PoolManager: LaunchFactory, PersonHook, PersonEscrow, OleyRouter and QuoteRegistry. See Contracts for addresses and functions.

• Identity service. Resolves profiles, issues bio codes, verifies them and signs an EIP-712 attestation that binds a platform account to a wallet. It never touches funds.
• Indexer. Turns chain events into coins, persons, swaps, claims and sweeps for the app.
• Keeper. Sends due sweeps and refreshes avatars.
